Sam Samanowitz

Sam grew up in New York and moved to Florida to attend the University of Florida, where he earned his degree in business. He spent the majority of his career managing Financial Advisors in the banking industry. He now spends his time working with his beautiful wife, Dr. Leigh Samanowitz, to ensure we are providing the highest level of care for our patients.

Sam is proud to serve on the Board of Directors of The Humane Society at Lakewood Ranch as Treasurer, supporting its mission of compassionate animal welfare in our community.

In his spare time, you can find Sam tackling the hardest of culinary challenges and also brewing beer. You can also find him playing with both of his dogs, Max, his Old English Sheepdog, and Guinness, his Bernese Mountain Dog.
