University Animal Clinic is a locally owned, AAHA-accredited veterinary hospital located at 7250 Canon Street, Sarasota, Florida 34240, serving the Sarasota, Lakewood Ranch, and Bradenton communities.

You may use our website to learn about our hospital and services, book appointments, contact us, and access related online resources. You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms. 3. Veterinary Services and Medical Advice

Information presented on our website is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute veterinary medical advice. Veterinary care decisions should be made in consultation with a licensed veterinarian during an in-person examination of your pet. Use of our website does not establish a veterinarian-client-patient relationship. Such relationships are established only through scheduled examinations at our hospital.

4. Appointments and Cancellations

You can schedule appointments in two ways: directly through our online appointment scheduling tool on our website, which provides immediate confirmation, or by contacting our staff by phone, email, or message, which is treated as a request and is not confirmed until our team reaches out to you. Our cancellation, no-show, and deposit policies are provided at the time of scheduling and during new-client onboarding.

5. Communications and SMS Messaging

If you have consented to receive SMS messages from us, your use of that messaging program is governed by our SMS Policy. Standard message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Services, including text, images, logos, and graphics, is owned by UAC or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
